Most of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong, but some made-to-order products are shipped from vendors at different locations.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any item(s) from our vendors, please allow an additional 5-7 business days to process.
Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and the weight of the package.
If your order total meets the minimum amount required for free shipping, check to see if any items in your cart are on sale or oversized/overweight. These items are not eligible for free shipping and won’t count towards the minimum amount required.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. The courier may charge a rerouting fee for this service.
If you no longer want your order and it is eligible for return, you’re welcome to return it to us. If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, all associated duty/tax fees and return costs will be deducted from your refund. Final sale and made-to-order products are non-refundable.
