We strongly recommend using a registered and traceable service when returning your item(s). This way, you’ll know that it’s been safely delivered to us.
We process all returns as quickly as we can, but please be patient with us, as it can sometimes take up to 10 business days. We will contact you as soon as your return has been processed.
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and can take up to 5 business days to process. Your financial institution may need additional time to process the refund and update your bank statement.
Please note that refund processing may take longer during promotions or holiday seasons.
